45 minutes of fitness and dance TbT style. Introducing and consolidating the fundamentals, and building a strong aerobic and endurance base.
Beginner - Dance and exercise basics.
TbT 75
75 minutes of slow, thorough effective exercise for a full body workout combining compound exercises, barre and sculpt for arms, legs glutes and abs, time to stretch and breathe.
Intermediate - Slow, thorough, effective and precise.
TbT 30
30 minutes of hard, fast intense exercise with a strict TbT eye on technique, consistent performance and pushing boundaries.
Advanced - Hard and fast.
